[Cause]
============
It is a known issue. This issue occur when you have Organizational Forms Library feature enabled on Exchange Server. When Outlook tries to sync the folder (All the Organization Forms store in the Exchange Servers Public Folder Database -> System Folders ->EFORMS Registry), an unexpected sync error occurs. However, this does not mean this behavior infects the Organization Forms data synchronization. We have done tests on serval machines. The result is users can still use Organizational Forms properly with this error synchronization log in Outlook.
[Solution]
============
You have two options:
1. Just safely ignore this error because there is no user impacts.
2. If you dont need the Organizational Forms Library feature, you can just disable this feature to workaround this issue.
